These were in the bookcase of a Masonic Lodge in a Small Town.  The Lodge Chapter sticker is inside each cover.  

There is some wear and tear from age and storage.  Some bumps on the cover, and fading.  

The map has lost it's original fold.  A few pages are spotted.
