Up for sale is a very rare antique hand tooled Chinese pewter bonsai planter pot made in the first half of the 19th century.

It's handmade out of this pewter and completely chased with elaborate figural/animal detailing throughout.

The pot is nicely footed and has bamboo shaped handles on each side.

It is in nice condition, has acquired a lovely patina from age, and measures 10 1/2 inches long by 5 1/8 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches wide.
