The item you are bidding on is the item pictured. If there seems to be an issue where the title does not match the picture of the item, please message me so I can go ahead and correct that. All cards listed are believed to be Near Mint (NM) to Mint condition, unless otherwise stated. Please keep in mind that the condition of NM-Mint indicates that the specific item would receive a minimum Beckett grade of 7 and DOES NOT GUARANTEE A GEM MINT GRADE. All scratches that appear in the picture are either on the top loader, magnetic case or graded slab. When it comes to Dev's Sports Cards, you can have the utmost confidence in what you're bidding on. ANY AND ALL IMPERFECTIONS THAT ARE WORTHY OF NOTING TO A BUYER WILL BE DISCLOSED HERE IN THE DESCRIPTION. If there is a flaw with the specific item that calls for some type of disclosure in the description, I try my best to include a *SEE DESCRIPTION* disclaimer in the title of the item. I do this if I have enough space without having to limit the information that I can put into the title of that item. If a card is of thicker stock, such as: Panini National Treasures, Topps Five Star, Topps Supreme, or Panini Origins for example, there may be some minor edge wear. That is common with thick stock products that contain cards that are 130 point or larger. If any edge wear appears to be too much, it will be disclosed here, as mentioned previously. Other brands or types of cards may also be more condition sensitive. Some examples of these may be cards with black borders or cards that have a chrome finish. Items are stored securely and are coming from a smoke free home.

Any item of mine listed with $1.49 shipping will be shipped via eBay?s Standard Envelope. They will NOT be shipped via bubble mailer. They will be shipped in a team bag and protection within the Standard Envelope for safety during transit. EBay?s Standard Envelope shipping allows for up to 2 ?standard thickness? 35 pt. toploaded cards to be shipped together in 1 Standard Envelope. The combined shipping rates for my Standard Envelope $0.99 Shipping items are as follows:
- 1-2 eBay Standard Shipping Items: $1.49 FLAT
- 3 eBay Standard Shipping Items: $4.00 SHIPPING WITH UPGRADE TO FIRST CLASS BUBBLE MAILER. That is because the purchase of 3 Standard Envelope $1.49 shipping items automatically gets upgraded to first class shipping with a bubble mailer. The combined total of $4.47 for 3 Standard Envelope shipping items would be more than the combined $4.00 charge. Only 2 items can ship together in the standard envelope.
- 4+ eBay Standard Shipping Items: $4.00 (for the first 3 items as mentioned above) then $0.25 for every eBay Standard Shipping item combined. 4 standard shipping items would be $4.25, 5 standard shipping items would be $4.50, etc. Automatically upgraded to First Class shipping with bubble mailer.
*Any combined shipment of Standard Envelope Shipping items totaling $20 or more will AUTOMATICALLY be upgraded to $4.00 shipping via USPS First Class with bubble mailer and tracking, due to eBay?s Policy. Only items / orders under $20 are eligible for eBay Standard Envelope Shipping.*
***eBay Standard Envelope $1.49 shipping items are eligible to be combined with non-eBay Standard Envelope shipping items that show up as the normal $4.00 or more per item. These items can be added on at the above mentioned $0.25 per item.***

Please wait for me to send you the invoice with the combined shipping charge. If you pay for multiple items before I send you the updated combined shipping invoice, I will then proceed to ship the cards, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. The combined shipping discount DOES NOT APPLY to international orders. I use the eBay Global Shipping Program so eBay automatically invoices international buyers and I am not authorized to send you a different invoice. Please keep that in mind when looking through my store.

Shipping / Payments:
Items won will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. I will let you know if any delays occur that would prohibit me from shipping within 48 hours. Auctions that end on a Friday or Saturday may not be shipped until Monday, depending on when the payment is received. USPS is closed on Sunday's. An unpaid item case will open after 3 days with no payment. Please don't take offense to this, I have my store set up so cases for unpaid items are automatically opened. I ship in a timely manner, all I ask is that you pay in a timely manner.
