What you see is what you get.  All manuals contain all pages, I don't think any of them have any writing inside, except for possibly one, but no tears on inside pages, just some noticeable wear on certain covers and artwork.  

The red Sega Genesis inserts are third party, and have a glossy finish, as well, 2 horizontal landscape cardboard inserts are included, which were used for games in 1994-1995.
