And also please note that shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. The product box is a means to protect the product. Please understand that reasons such as crushing, or flooding of the box are not grounds for a refund. ( In the case of new products, we are never selling damaged products. The problem during delivery is the delivery company's problem, so please request it to the delivery company.) Furthermore, after opening/ripping off inner plastic bags (or the other protection frames, etc.) the item value has gone so we cannot provide any customer service of it.
