Payment: Payment is expected within three days of auction close. If this causes a problem please contact me.

Shipping: I do combine shipping costs on most auctions. Most items will be shipped within 24 business hrs of cleared payment. Occasionally I will need 48 hrs to get your product out. (This is very rare). Most of my items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority mail. If you need your item more quickly and are willing to pay a premium for shipping this can always be arranged.

Refunds: In general my items are being sold "as is" and I will not take returns just because you changed your mind or don't like the item. Please be sure that this is the item you want before bidding. My items may be new or used please read the item description. If an item arrives not as described or damaged please contact me and we will work something out.

Feedback: My feedback score is important to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me prior to leaving feedback so we can work out a resolution.
