G-SENSOR AND LOOP RECORDING: The G-Sensor will protect and lock footage during an accident to ensure footage is not lost. Loop recording allows for continual recording even if the SD card reaches full capacity.
BACK-UP IN-BUILT LITHIUM-ION BATTERY: In case of an accident, the 212 dash cam will provide up to 30 minutes of back up power. Please note that the internal battery is not intended to be used as an alternative power source.

1. Simply select the amount of days, location and extras you require via ebay. (We allow an additional 2 free days to allow you time to return the device).

2. Complete the online ebay purchase for the amount of days required.

3. Send us a message detailing your date of departure from your home (no data will be stored on line by us).

4. We will confirm your order via Ebay messaging within 24 hours and confirm the dates required.

5. We guarantee that you will have the device 2 full days before your travel date.

6. Please note we allow you an additional 2 days free of charge to return the device.

BUY PURCHASING THIS RENTAL YOU ARE ENTERING A RENTAL CONTRACT – IT IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT TO ENSURE YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing this rental the user agrees to enter into an agreement with the supplier which is subject to the following Hire Agreement.

Definitions

Supplier – Holiday Everything

Device - The satellite navigation equipment, sometimes referred to as GPS or satellite navigation system hired from The Supplier by the user including any accessories and other devices that may be supplied for rental.

User: - Defined as the person who we invoiced for the rental or the person who purchased the rental period via Ebay

Period Of Hire – The amount of day’s use that the User has purchased in advance for sole use & rental of the Device and accessories.

Agreement between you (the User) and Holiday Everything, (the Supplier).

Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Whilst in their possession the User agrees to take every possible precaution to ensure the security and safety of the Device. This includes removal of the Device and accessories from the User’s vehicle and storage into the provided hard case at all times when not in use to reduce the possibility of accidental damage and or theft of the Device. During travel to and from your destination we recommend that the Device be stored inside the case supplied by Holiday Everything

2. The User agrees to ensure that the Device is covered for total loss by means of the Users travel insurance or other insurance policies held by the User. In the event of loss, damage or theft the User agrees to complete any procedures required by the Users insurance. In any case, in the event of damage or loss, the User agrees to remedy such loss, in full with the Supplier as detailed in paragraph 4.

3. The User agrees to safely return the Device to the Supplier in good working order and complete with all parts, accessories, manuals etc that were supplied with Device within 2 days of the end of the Period of Hire. Should the Device not be returned within 3 days of the end of the Period Of Hire the User agrees to pay a charge of an additional administrative charge of £5 per day for every day that exceeds the original Period Of Hire unless the delay in returning has been caused by unforeseen travel delays. If the User fails to return the Device within 14 days after the expiry of the original Period of Hire the User agrees to purchase the Device and an invoice will be issued accordingly. No discount will be made against any payments previously made to hire the Device.

4. The User agrees to safely return the Device in good working order. Should the Device be returned faulty for reasons that would be defined as beyond normal wear and tear then the User agrees to either a. purchase the damaged Device for an amount equal to the current market value of new equivalent equipment and an invoice will be issued accordingly or b. to supply Holiday Everything with the same or equivalent model within 14 days from the expiry date of the initial rental period. No discount will be made against any payments previously made to hire the Device.

5. Whilst all the Devices we supply are updated with the very latest maps available and with safety camera locations you agree that you will not hold Holiday Everything liable for any costs incurred or time lost that may be associated with use of the Device.

6. In the unlikely event that the Device suffers a technical breakdown rendering it unusable the Supplier may authorise the purchase of a replacement Device from a retail establishment in your vicinity. If this is authorised it will be subject to The User following the required procedure as detailed in the customer information document supplied with the Device. The User agrees to return both the faulty Device and the replacement Device together with the receipt / invoice for the replacement Device.

7. At their earliest convenience and prior to the delivery date of the Device the User agrees to inform the supplier of any changes to their physical address, email address and telephone numbers and changes of travel dates. Should the User fail to update this information Holiday Everything will not be liable for any costs resulting in the late or non delivery of the Device. In this case no refund will be made to the User and the User will remain liable for the Device and these terms and conditions will apply.
