This is NOT a pin. It is a button with two posts on the back for sewing this onto a garment. The posts are 1.25 inches apart.
The button is 2.25 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide at it's widest point. See images of the reverse side.
The card that it is attached to measures 2 inches wide by 3.25 inches tall.
