Knife selection:
To achieve the purpose you require, please try to use a short edge of the knife. Too long a cutting edge or too long a blade will cause vibration and deflection during machining, resulting in damage to the tool and affecting the quality of the machining. We recommend the use of tools with larger shank diameters.

Tool operation:

(1) The woodworking cutter is designed for portable and desktop woodworking engraving machines, and cannot be used on electric drills, drill presses and other machines.

(2) The cutter can process hardwood, softwood, synthetic boards and other woods to a smooth surface, but avoid processing copper, iron and other metal materials and sand, stone and other non-wood materials.

(3)be sure to use the right size jacket, badly worn, not round enough and the bore has a taper jacket can not provide enough clamping force, it will lead to vibration or twisted shank and fly off.

(4) do not think that the new collet must be safe and reliable. When the tool is clamped and found that the shank has uneven contact marks or grooves, indicating that the inner hole of the collet has slipping and deformation phenomenon.

(5) after the tool is clamped, if the tool is found to have jumping phenomenon when working, it should be stopped immediately, repeat the clamping several times, so that the tool shank and the jacket get full contact, and then work again.

(6) the tool shank and jacket contact should be good, the tool shank must be completely inserted into the jacket, tighten firmly, so as to provide sufficient clamping force on the tool. It can not be inserted into only a small part of the jacket, otherwise it is easy to cause the tool shank to break and lead to tool damage.

Knife maintenance:

(1) keep knives clean, remove resin, wood chips and other dirt from wood after use, use standard industrial solvents to clean knives.
