For unwanted goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. My item has been damaged in transit
We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away.
If you are unhappy in any way with the condition of your purchase, please let our Mossodor Customer Services Team know within 2 days of receipt.
You can do this by contacting us through Contact Seller on eBay. Any damage reported after this period will not be considered transit damage.
Payments:

If we discover an error in the price of goods, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. Our prices are shown in £s sterling but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Return Information:
Always make sure you insure the item you are returning. In the event of transit damage, we will not be able to make any repairs and you will need to claim the cost of the item from the courier. If you are returning an item, we would recommend taking photos of the item before you pack and send it. This will act as evidence of condition before transit should you need to make a claim against the courier.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, accidental damage or expected wear and tear, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Items returned to us via collection or pre-paid label can take up to 14 days to be delivered back to us for assessment.

Tracking Details:

Due to the size and weight of some items, specialist couriers may be required, and delivery times may vary. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any changes.
Please allow a few days more days for the package to arrive. If we cannot adhere to these time frames, please stay patient as we use external couriers. Please note that we cannot control orders once they leave our fulfilment centre. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event that you discover a problem with your item, please contact us first. We may be able to solve the issue without you having to return the item. Please send images of the product and the fault to our Mossodor Customer Service Team.
If we are unable to solve the problem, we will ask you to return the item for inspection. If the item is found to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement OR part(S) to be sent out to you, and your delivery charge will be refunded.
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement, or full refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify us with details of the fault and images as mentioned above. If we agree an item is to be returned as faulty, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange a collection at our expense.
