Here is a 19th Century or Early 20th Century Antique Hand Painted Burmese Buddhist Manuscript.

The piece is nicely framed in a black frame, with glass on both sides, so both sides are visible.

Painted with black Cinnabar lacquer text on gold ground, with rich decoration in red paint including figures of deities.

A Kammavaca is a highly ornamental type of manuscript usually commissioned by lay members of society as a work of merit, to be presented to monasteries when a son enters the Buddhist Order as a novice or becomes ordained as a monk.

A guaranteed original authentic piece.
