Due to unpredictable events, including weather conditions, lack of direct transportation in your country, customs and housing policies, this may require more time than usual. Please understand.

Tariffs are not included in the price of goods or transportation costs. The buyer must pay customs duties.

Standard transportation

There is a free tracking number that will arrive 8-15 days after shipment

Urgent transportation

Using a tracking number, it can arrive within 5-10 days after shipment and requires orders exceeding $30.

Return Information

We accept returns for any reason, but the product must be in an unopened state. Items with missing labels/packaging or damaged packaging cannot be returned

If the buyer receives the correct product described in the eBay list but wishes to exchange it for a different size, please contact us and we will check if there are any other sizes in stock. If possible, we would be happy to exchange it for you. Please return the shoes to us before exchanging. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.

If we don't have other sizes to choose from, we accept returns. But please return the shoes to us first. After we inspect the item and confirm that its original packaging is still in an undamaged condition, we will fully refund you the amount after deducting the shipping cost. In other words, the buyer will be responsible for the transportation costs incurred during this process.

But in rare cases, we may make mistakes. We apologize for this and promise to resolve it as soon as possible.
