This is what I call a SLIP PANTY COMBO.  I have made 2 straight slips and attached them and my popular men's WIDER CROTCH brief.

1 LAYER NYLON CROTCH - 5 INCHES WIDE.   

The slips and panty share the same waistband.  

Lace hem around outer slip.   (inner slip has a serged hem)

Unstretched waistband elastic measures 30 inches.  (Stretched waist measures to 42 inches.)
