12 1/4” D size- no back cap, no bulb, bulb end doesn’t thread easily or completely/may belong to a different flashlight?

Sold as shown as a non-working, untested parts lot. One marked Made in USA, one marked Patented in USA, others not indicated. Some have batteries stuck in them and may (or may not) have used batteries in them in any sort of condition.
