This yoga swing features an iron-clad weight capacity ensuring your safety practicing on the hammock. Whilst using this kit you will feel a slight natural stretch to the fabric but not too much. Hence it is great for both beginners as well as advanced aerial Pilates and yoga users.
The set comes with 2 extension straps, there are 6 loops on each extension strap allowing you to adjust the length quickly, they can also be looped around an open beam or tree branch to create a portable hanging point for your hammock. Can be installed on hanging points as high as 11 feet (please ensure the height is suitable for the user).
This aerial hammock kit comes with aerial silk fabric that is 5m in length and 2.8m feet wide. The set also includes 2 steel carabiners, 2 extension straps (1m each) and a pair of toeless non slip yoga socks in colour yellow. Plus a manual in English and German.
