Please examine each picture.  There is a crack on the face of the watch on the side.  This watch has been used previously.  It does come with the cord.  I plugged the watch in and it did talk and say that it needed to be charged.  I do not have any additional information on how this watch works.  The watch is sold as is with the parts you see in the picture.
