Thank you for your interest in this ring! Hearts and Arrows diamonds are very hard to come by, and this one is as phenomenal as the clarity and color describe it to be. The arrows are prominent and easily seen from the crown, and the hearts are easily seen against primary color backgrounds through the back of the ring.

The ring is 18kt solid white gold. The metal does have a good amount of patina, but we can shine up the ring with a speedbrite cleaner and rhodium coating, for free, at your request.

All of the diamonds in our shop are real diamonds, meaning that they are chemically composed of only carbon. Unless specified with the words “LAB-GROWN” (which will be written conspicuously) you can assume that any diamonds unspecified are natural/earth-mined. If a diamond is irradiated (treated for color), HPHT treated, or laser-drilled (clarity-enhanced), we will disclose that information. We do NOT sell diamond synthetics or substitutes, such as cubic zirconia (CZ), moissanite (silicon carbide), glass, or diamond paste.

Returns & Refunds

Love it or return it!

We understand that buying something as sentimental and expensive as fine jewelry, sight unseen, comes with a small degree of uncertainty. If you purchase something and it isn’t what you expected for any reason, we are happy to let you return it. All we ask is that if you do decide to return an item, please let us know within 7 days of when you receive your item to receive a full refund.

(For custom, ‘designed from scratch’, orders, we offer returns with a 30% restocking fee as opposed to a full refund. Again, please let us know within 7 days of when you receive your item to receive the partial refund.)

Rings: Resizing

Resizing is available for all of our rings! The first two sizes in either direction are free, and further sizes up or down are $35 each. If you need a ring resized, please reach out to us before purchasing so that we can give you a cost estimate and adjust the price accordingly.

Rhodium-coating

Rhodium-coating is FREE with every purchase! Please let us know upon purchase if you would like us to rhodium-coat your ring.

(What is Rhodium-coating? Rhodium is a valuable metal used in jewelry to give other materials (primarily, white gold) a lustrous, silver-color shine. All white gold is initially coated with rhodium, and after years of wear, the rhodium coating on white gold is worn away, leaving a yellow tinted metal. This is normal, because white gold is the colloquial term for the alloy that is gold mixed with silver-colored metals; so white gold is naturally yellow-tinted. In jewelry, this tint from wear is referred to as “patina”. Some people like patina because it shows the age of vintage pieces, and others would rather have it look brand new, so they opt to add a coat of rhodium. In addition to rhodium-coating white gold to revitalize its shine and color, you can also rhodium-coat yellow gold and rose gold to effectively make it appear as white gold.)
