They have had the RSX reballed with leaded solder balls.

They have had the CELL and RSX delidded and the thermal paste replaced above and below the IHS.

They have had the misc power rail filtering caps replaced as they fail often.

They have had the NEC-Tokin caps replaced with tantalACEr’s.

The motherboards have also been ultrasonically cleaned.

These units have had all of the usual components repaired and or replaced that cause the YLOD.
