Can I View Before Buying?

Based on eBay's selling outside eBay policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase. 

Can I Pay Cash? 

We only accept payment via the eBay managed payments system. Information regarding managed payments can be found in eBay help & contact.

Do You Combine postage?

We can combine postage. If you commit to buy the items you're interested in but do not pay at the end, we will see that it's a multiple order and will then send you a revised amount to pay.

Can I collect this item?

Unless stated on the listing, i.e. a bulky item for collection, all items are to be posted to you and we cannot arrange collection.

How Long will it take to post my item?

We do not always have access to our office 5 days a week, but do our best to dispatch items three days a week or more. We are not in the building over the weekend and there are no Royal Mail collections at weekends. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon, it may not leave us till Tuesday. We use Tracked delivery for most orders, which is a quick service.

Unless your item is marked as dispatched then it has not yet been posted.

Would you take any less? Can I make an offer?

We do not accept offers on our items, but we may occasionally send out price reductions or lower our prices. Please do not be offended if we do not reply to messages asking for things cheaper as we do not have to time to get through all of these messages.  

Returns and Refunds

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your eBay account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item.

Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.

Payment 

All payments are managed through the eBay managed payments system, and you will be able to choose your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout. Payment must be made within 4 days. Failure to pay will result in the order being cancelled.
