It is now a legal requirement (Jan 2016) for all extractor fans to display energy efficiency information.
The EU energy label gives information about the energy efficiency of a product. The label rates products from dark green (most efficient) to red (least efficient). The label also shows total energy consumption and provides other information relevant to the product, in this case the airflow and noise level on the extractor fan.
The energy efficiency directive also helps ensure a level playing field for manufacturers, while encouraging competition between them on the environmental aspects of their products, so please ask for this information when comparing information on other fans as it is now the law.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN TO ACCEPT DELIVERY : If you or the intended recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection. If this is not done then the parcel will be returned to sender and we will contact you. We will then require the delivery cost to be repaid before the goods are resent. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to receive a parcel or if you fail to re-arrange a delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your product or our services, You may return goods purchased from us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days.Please contact us through eBay messaging system for return details.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Legally It can take up to 28 days for the the refunds to be processed but we aim to process them within 7-10 working days.
If you purchased an item that you wish to be replaced or if you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us before and please note a reshipping fee may apply.
DEFECTIVE ITEM / DAMAGED ITEM:
An item that was discovered to be defective can be replaced with the same model only.
All packages are checked before dispatch out from our warehouse, if your package has been damaged in transit please contact us and inform us about the issue.
RETURN SHIPPING:
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
All returns must be in original condition in which they were received, and must include the original manufacturer box and factory packaging and all manuals.
Return will not be processed if any of these conditions are not met. Please send the return to us within the same packaging as received (please do not use the retail box as a shipping box).
