Stunning vintage 1960s bespoke/tailored women's Orange Paisley Silk Suit has fitted jacket with Mandarin collar, frog and snap front closing, split bell sleeves with frog accents and slightly flared hem. Long skirt has flat waistband, fitted darts at waist, A-line silhouette and hook/bar and metal zipper back closing. Fabric is a gorgeous nubby orange silk with large green, yellow and dark orange paisley pattern, beautifully matched top and bottom. Both pieces are fully lined in orange silk. No maker's label or size tag, suit is similar to the style and quality of custom garments made to order in the 60s in Hong Kong. Shown on our size 8 dress form, fits will with a bit of room in the skirt waist and hips. Perfect for an elegant evening, wedding or garden party!
