The original instruction manual is not included with the Smart Eye Mask but the following instructions show you how to use the Smart Eye Mask. These instructions were used to test the mask to make sure everything works. 

Step 1: To turn mask on, set heat to low(level 1) and bluetooth pair the mask: Press and hold down button power for 2 or 3 seconds. The mask bluetooth icon will flash so you can pair your smartphone and wirelessly play music from your smartphone using the mask speakers. It will also start level 1 (low) heat on the eye mask and illuminate the low level 1 heat icon (the blue heat icon). If you don't want to pair your smartphone via bluetooth the mask bluetooth icon will automatically turn off after a few minutes. 

Step 2: After you have done the above and then press and release the power button again. This puts 

out level 2 heat and illuminates the yellow level 2 heat icon.

Step 3: After you have done the above, press and release the power button again. This outputs level 3 heat and illuminates the orange heat icon.

Step 4: After you have done the above, press and release the power button. This outputs level 4 heat and illuminates the orange heat icon, the yellow heat icon and the blue heat icon. This is the maximum heat level.

(For all 4 of the above heat levels, the heat will turn off automatically after about 10 minutes.)

Step 5: If you want to have a face surrounding the eyes massage then quickly press the power button on the mask twice after the end of either step 1 or step 2, step 3 or step 4. The mask will give you a face around the eyes massage. The heating will stop while the face around the eyes massage is on. The mask goes thru various vibration patterns with pauses between vibrations. The massager automatically turns itself off after about 10 minutes.

The mask charging port is in the middle underside of the mask. You need to fold the two sides of the mask together to gain access to the charging port. Plug the small end of the supplied cable into the mask charging port. Plug the larger end of the charging cable into a USB charger. USB charger is not included. 

The Smart Eye Mask headband is adjustable to give you a comfortable fit.

A copy of the above instructions will be printed and included with the Smart Eye Mask when it is shipped.
