Soothing Children & Babies
- Add Melissa Bath Essence to your relaxing bath ritual.
- Choose Lavender Essential Oil:
- Place 5 drops in a burner/diffuser.
- Blend with the Aromablends Carriers:
- 6 drops with the Body Mist and spray pillows, clothes, rooms, curtains, etc.
- 1-3 drops with the Body Oil for a gentle and relaxing massage on the back, legs and feet. As an alternative you can apply the Lavender Cream.
Rest
Add Melissa Bath Essence to your relaxing bath ritual.
Before bedtime, apply a small amount of Gardenia Nights on the nape of your neck, behind your ears, on the inside of your wrists and on the soles of your feet.
- Essential Oils that help you rest, relax and clear negative thoughts: Lavender and Anti-Stress.
- Place a couple of drops on your hands, rub together and inhale.
- Place a couple of drops on a tissue, rest on your face with eyes closed and inhale deeply.
- Place 5 drops in a burner/diffuser.
- Blend with the Aromablends Carriers:
- 6 drops with the Body Mist and spray pillows, clothes, rooms, curtains, etc.
- 3-5 drops with the Body Lotion to moisturize the body.
- 3-5 drops with the Body Oil to nourish the skin or enjoy a massage.
Baby Bathtime
- Bathe baby with Honey, Milk & Rice Bath Foam.
- Add half a capful of Melissa Bath Essence for a relaxing bath to release tensions and promote a restful sleep.
