This is an authentic, original set of 36 FDC First Day Covers of the Presidents of the United States. This set includes the binder and an information card for each cover. It is from 1986, published by The Postal Commemorative Society (PCS). It is in very good condition, slight wear to outer binder. The binder measures 11" x 12".
