This 1989 Kenner DC Comics Action Figure of BATMAN with Retracting Rope Belt is clean and near mint condition as shown in photos. Thephotos were blown up so that you can notice any imperfections in the figure andit's been stored in a air conditioned environment with no exposure to smoke ofany kind or pets.
