This item was found in a storage unit that was auctioned off similarly like on the show storage wars.

The storage unit ended up actually being owned by actress Mischa Barton and had some of her amazing clothing in the storage unit.

While I don't have specific documentation i can show here proving she wore this item. There is no question she owned the storage unit there was lots of personal items with her name on it that really only she would own. I cant disclose or sell personal info for obvious reasons. 

I don’t see a Ralph Russo label. Maybe it’s there but I can’t find it.
