The “Slava” watch is a trademark of the Second Moscow Watch Factory “Slava” SEKONDA.
“Slava” is one of the most popular Soviet watch brands, aimed at a wide segment of the population. It was exported to many countries of the world, and in some years exports accounted for up to 50% of output. Subsidiary assembly plants operated in France and Switzerland.
The history of the Slava watches dates back to 1924, with the founding of the Second Moscow Watch Factory.
In the second half of the 1950s, a line of women's wristwatches appeared. Later, mechanical and quartz wristwatches, alarm clocks, pocket and wall clocks were produced under this name.
