This listing is for a used, boxed copy of Saint Sword for the Japanese Sega Mega Drive (MD, Genesis). It includes the original game cartridge, case and a xeroxed copy of the manual, all in good/very good condition with some minor wear. The case is clean with some minor scratches and wear. The artwork insert is clean with no stains, although it has some creases and wear. The manual is a xeroxed copy, but appears to be a vintage xeroxed copy that was probably made many years ago. The cartridge has some wear and some minor discoloring and stains on the front label (see photos).

I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my Genesis 3. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), a Genesis Model 3, or a clone system to play this game.
