“Neva-2” is an amateur footage movie camera with a semi-automatic exposure setting (selenium photocell), with a spring drive of 2.5 meters of film. Charging with a 2 × 8 film film on standard 10-meter reels. Speeds 8, 16, 24, 48 frames / second and frame-by-frame. Disk shutter. Lens “Sh-1” 1.9 / 13 with focusing on a distance scale, a wide-angle (0.5 ×) and long-focus (2 ×) afocal lens mounted on a turret. The viewfinder is optical, with interchangeable lenses and parallax correction.
In the 1960s, the Neva movie cameras were the most advanced amateur filming machines in the USSR.
