ECHINACEA

(Echinacea pupurea)

Commonly known as Echinacea or Purple Cone Flower, it is a beautiful medicinal and

 cottage flowering plant which can grow to a metre or more tall. Ideal for walkways,

 curbs or bouquets. Tolerates sun and light shade and is generally very hardy.

A popular plant with herbalists it has been used for treating many ailments.

A striking plant with beautifu daisy-like violet purple flowers. Looks great in mass

 plantings, cottage style gardens.

Flowers 

An asset to any garden, it produces a stunning edible floral display from Spring to early Summer. Flowers are usually steeped in hot water to make tea.

Smoke infused Vermiculite is a great potting media additive and is often
