Warranty Policy

The following condition is not covered by our warranty

- Any attempts to modify the device, or attempt to repair, or attempt to jailbreak, or root the device after sale
- Any reduction in battery health
- Any defect caused by incorrect or improper use of device or accessories
- Any screen burn that has developed after sale
Return Policy
Order can be returned anytime within 30 days after delivery. Full refund will be given providing the item is returned in its original condition. We may charge you a fee or even reject the return if the item has been used or seriously damaged when returned. This condition does not apply when the item is defective.
When returning, please use the original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, please add sufficient protection to ensure the item will not be damaged during return. The IMEI / Serial number will be recorded. The returned device must match the IMEI / Serial number logged in our system.
