If you choose ebay's standard envelope shipping option, tracking will be provided, however the tracking updates will be delayed and expected delivery dates can run anywhere from 3-12 business days, you pretty much get what you pay for with this option, shipping runs about 60 cents to a dollar.  Therefore if you have the patience, this is the choice for you.
