2015 D Washington North Carolina Quarter Blue Ridge Parkway "Hanging Stones"( Error?? ) Die Chip.

It hasn't been certified and is in good condition. If you look at the top of the arch this particular coin has what appears to be an extra stone hanging or what I call a flowing stone, an extra stone which I refer to be a die chip.  It also has a small die crack please see

"This particular coin known as Blue Ridge Parkway is a scenic byway with natural attractions, a unit of the park system with numerous recreational opportunities, and a cross-section of Appalachian mountain history."
