This listing is for The Tales of Vesperia Steelbook with a copy of the Xbox One game disc that I threw in for free.  I believe the steelbook originally came with the anniversary bundle, but I'm not 100% sure.  The steelbook has some wear, but is in overall good condition.  Thanks for looking and be sure you have the correct shipping address put into your account before making your purchase.
