This is a

HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa1014 Product.

It has everything EXCEPT the screen and the motherboard. You are looking at the shell of the computer. Basically the stand, the screen housing/ back panel, webcam, all the cables and screws,  speakers, fan and heat sink. 

This was a completely computer and the mother board was the only thing removed.

All you have to do is drop a new motherboard and remove the old screen. Plug in all the ribbon cables in, screw in the replacement motherboard with the two screws. Motherboard is being held with only two screws and had a metal top cover with addition screws to secure the board. All of that is included.

The outside housing is in great condition, I would consider this a B+ grade.

The back of the web came housing does have a scratchs, but works fine the housing moves up and down very solid.
