Beautiful childrens ( for a young child, see measurements) vintage black velvet vest, with intricate beadwork and sequins. This piece was handmade and features  European inspired design.  Polish.   It has a purple cord closure and is adjustable. Condition: Excellent !! ( small stain as seen in photo #7), it may come out with stain remover. Size:  No label, please carefully view the measurement below before ordering. Again this vest is adjustable by loosening or tightening the cord. Arm pit to arm pit,laying flat is 12 inches across Length is approx 13.5 inches from top of shoulder to hem line, laying flat This was found amongst my late parents belongings, I do not know where it was originally purchased.
