WONDERFUL TALL PAIR OF FLAME MAHOGANY PEDESTAL DINING CABINETS WITH ORIGINAL CUTLERY SLIDES AND RARE TO FIND LEAD LINED CELLARETTE DRAWER.
This wonderful pair of cabinets would have graced a period dining room and would have housed things like,canteens of cutlery,spirit kettle and other silver tableware along with the original lead lined cellarette drawer to house wine and the like.
The pedestal tops would have had silver candelabra,marble busts or very large vases full of flowers from the houses garden to decorate the room making a stunning visual display.
The main body of the cabinets sit on independent bases consisting of fluted legs with the crisp detailed fluting continuing up the outer edges of the cabinets.
These fabulous piece's are in lovely,honest unmolested condition given their age,I just wish we could find more like them, they measure, 46 cm in width,by 56 cm deep and 116 cm in height and come with only very minimal wear,like we said,given their age they are in remarkably good honest condition.
Lovely collectors pieces,scarce in this condition and priced to sell!.
