This is a rare 1993 Topps Batman: The Animated Series Series Vinyl Mini-Cel featuring Batman & Two-Face. The card is an original non-sport trading card with the card number NNO5. It is a single-insert product and part of the Batman franchise. The mini-cel is a must-have collectible for any Batman fan and was manufactured by Topps in 1993. These Series 1 mini cel cards don't pop up very often. The few I have available now are all in good shape. This one features Two-Face driving a car with Batman on the roof. Unnumbered, but is the sixth in a set of six cels.
