This beautiful collector plate from the Bradford Exchange features Scarlett O'Hara in a stunning ruffled dress. The plate is part of the Reflections of Scarlett series and is the first in the series. It is made of ceramic and has a multicolor design. The plate is perfect for all occasions and would make a great addition to any decorative collection. The plate was made using art pottery production style and pottery production technique. The era of the plate is unknown, but it was manufactured between 1990-1999. The plate is a must-have for any fan of Gone With the Wind and the franchise.
