Each set has 20 cassettes; booklet referenced on the case is NOT included.  The cases have some wear & tear on the corners, inside cases are in good condition.  Cassettes show little to no wear; some a tendency to fall out of their slots when closed. Cassettes are UNTESTED by me; were found in a condemned mobile home on inherited property, which was a complete hording nightmare.  Please let me know if you have any questions about this set.
