·      A credit card will be required at the time of check-in and a temporary hold may be placed. The only time there the card is charged is in the event of  damage to Resort property or when room charges are made during the stay.

•   Complimentary on-site parking...2 BR receives 1 parking pass, 3 BR receives 2 parking passes. No RV or Trailer parking

·      Upon successful payment of listed price:

please send us the name, and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation will be emailed within 1-2 hours (during normal business hours). Please include your email in “note to seller” as well.

·      Any name change request must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival, subject to $50 admin fees.
