A strip of 4 se-tenant stamps plus slogan comprising 3 different values of the Hindenburg definitives was issued in June 1941.
The slogan reads Spare bei der Poſtſparkaſſe - "Save with the Post Office Savings Bank".
The strips were dispensed from vending machines and known as Einheitsgeberstreifen.
Available here is a strip of 5 stamps plus slogan only obtainable from the sheet of stamps from which the Einheitsgeberstreifen were manufactured. It includes the 3 Pfennig value têtê-bêche! This combination is extremely rare.
