Your order will be mailed through the USPS mail from Sacramento, CA. I use eBay's Standard Envelope which has a tracking system that is scanned by the USPS when received at the distribution center and again when it is out for delivery/ delivered.
Please be aware that this tracking system is occasionally inaccurate.
