What a beautiful and rare find! The book is in excellent condition for its age. There is normal shelf-life wear on the cover and the top and bottom of the spine look to be fixed with tape of some kind. There is a note on the second page noting where the book originally was given and the second time it was given as a gift. The pages are in excellent condition. .
