This is wavellite on matrix.  Has botryoidal ball & starburst formations.   Wavellite is fairly rare and is an aluminum phosphate mineral.  From a recent find on private location with mineral rights owned by Avant Mining.  Location is Mauldin Mtn, Arkansas.
