Vintage Bogorodskoe Богородское Russian Enamel Souvenir Plaquette, Bear Folk Art
It measures 3" long by 2 5/8" wide.
I believe this to be from late 1970's
There is a spot on the back to hang it on the wall. On the bottom back area there looks to be a makers mark and then under it 4-4-20
