SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR THE U.S. CUSTOMERS:

·         (ECONOMY SHIPPING)   PACKAGES UNDER 16 oz: ship USPS First Class Mail, and typically arrives in 3-5 business days however USPS doesn’t guarantee a delivery date, and on occasion shipment have been known to take up to 8-12 business days to deliver. The post office doesn’t consider a package to be lost until 30 business days have passed. (In over eight years we have only had one lost package.)

·   (PRIORITY)   PACKAGES OVER 16 oz:  ship USPS Priority Mail and typically arrives in 2-3 business days however USPS doesn’t guarantee a delivery date, and on occasion shipment have been known to take up to 5-7 business days to deliver.

·         (UPGRADE) TO PRIORITY SHIPPING:  upgrading from first class to priority is possible by contacting us through messaging or when checking out there is a place to leave us a note. The cost to upgrade to priority mail should be around $8.69 and if choosing to upgrading to priority shipping the added shipping costs will need to be paid in advance before the items can ship.

·         (UPGRADE) TO PRIORITY EXPRESS 1-2 DAYS GUARENTEED:  This is a USPS option and will cost $28.82 this would need to be paid for in advance by 1pm central time in order for the delivery time line to start on that day, after that time you would need to add a day to the delivery time line. (Something to consider: Priority mail will usually deliver in 2-3 business days for a quarter of the price but is not guaranteed.)

·         Overall: USPS is one of the fastest and most economical shipping route for most shipping needs.
