DC's NEW 52, THE FLASH #39, Blank Variant 2015.  Unique Sketch. The FLASH is getting a speeding ticket from CHiPs duo, Jon and Ponch.  Signed!!  Signed by Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox (PONCH and JON).  Also signed by the 90s TV Screen FLASH, John Wesley Shipp!  The sketch carries 3 full figures and a background of partial cycles.  Lots of stuff.  To top it all, it was colored to a high degree.  Sketch and coloring by Brandon McKinney!
