This item is in good condition.  It has some fading of the belly band and some light fraying at the bottom of the pant legs but overall very nice and lots of wear left in these cute jeans!  The approximate measurements when taken with a fabric tape measure are 10.5" rise, 33" inseam, and 19" across at the hips when laid flat.
