This is a genuine 1912 dated paper advert removed from a British trade catalogue/brochure.
Overall measurements of the page including any margins is approx 8" x 10 5/8"; there is another fireproof construction advert on the reverse side as shown in the second image.
The paper is 110+ years old and subsequently may have some wear, marks, discolouration or light creasing - please review the scanned images to best determine quality/condition of the item prior to purchase.
